HSA's - Anyone have one?

At my new job i'll be started on our HSA on Oct 1. Fully funded. Not a dime comes out of my pocket for doctors visits, etc. (I get a visa/mastercard type thing specifically to pay for these tied directly to the plan), unless I have major surgery, etc, then I have a large deductible to pay, or so I understand.

Anyone have one of these? It's new to me.
